We utilize a wide range of historical data exports from your productivity platforms to form a complete picture of employee engagement and collaboration at your company. This data generally includes email (ex. Gmail), calendar (ex. Google Calendar), chat (ex. Slack), HCM (ex. Workday), and office access (ex. any smart card system).
You can start with a single data source from a "primary" system, whether it be email, calendar, or chat. However, to make this exercise meaningful, you will want to leverage data from systems where all of your online employee interactions occur. For example, if your company utilizes Slack for generally all of your online communications, you will to provide that data source. Data from "secondary" systems like HCMs and key cards unlock a whole new level of analysis.
We will support up to 5 years of historical data from any data source. This will ensure Workasa Employee Engagement and Collaboration Index (WEECI) trends and behaviors can analyzed pre-pandemic, during the pandemic, through current date.
We use these terms interchangeably. As part of our data transformation and analysis (1) we ensure corporate and individual identities are never exposed to Workasa at any time (2) we do not view or process any content in your company emails, chats, or calendar invites. In summary, the data stored in our system is 100% generic and anonymous.
